We enjoyed rooms with queen bed. The staff was ready to assist, amicable and helpful people. The hotel had an unbeatable position, in the middle of jackson.

I really enjoyed the place, everything was wonderful. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was amicable during all this time. The position of the hotel was particularly good and perfect, in the middle of jackson. It was also very close to Brunswick, a nice area, and restaurants.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, awesome. The staff was super helpful, especially Brittany, who got us extra blankets without any hassle. The heating unit was a bit noisy though. It was nice.

great location near tasty restaurants and parks to explore
the hotel has a fantastic spot, just a few steps from minh sun chinese restaurant and less than a 5-minute walk from huddle house, perfect for when you want to grab a bite before heading out for a stroll, and while the room was clean, I did find that the noise from neighboring guests could be distracting at night.

Clean rooms and a nice kitchenette. No housekeeping service . I had to take out my own trash and ask for extra towels. The bedding and towels were stained. It's an extended stay, so be prepared for limited service.

We were impressed with the staff's attentiveness. Brittany at the front desk was cute and helped us with extra pillows and blankets without hesitation. The room was comfortable and accessible.

Proximity to the interstate made for easy travel, and my family was warmly welcomed by Brittany during check-in. The room was clean and well-maintained. The dining options were limited, and I wish we could have had more time to enjoy breakfast before our early departure.
